ClickCartPro – Shipping Estimator
This option allows the store front customer to see an estimate of the shipping cost on the view cart page.
In the admin goto:
Home > ClickCartPro XCS > Settings: Application Settings Menu > Shipping Settings
Change Activate Ship Estimator* to True
