Extracting Customer Information from CCP

In admin under:

Home > Kryptronic Hybrid X Core > Database: Connections, Backups and Raw Admin > Raw Database Admin find the table named khxc_users and click on Export.

On the following page you may select the name of the file you want the data exported to as well as the data columns you want to export.

For example, if you only need the name and e-mail address you would leave id, fname and lname checked and remove the checks from the rest of the columns.

Once you have completed your selections click on Submit to have the export file created then follow the messages to retrieve a copy of the exported file.
