New Royal Mail and Parcelforce Rates

I am a new user of Click Cart Pro, having gone through a trial and straight on to the Pro version. I am delighted with it. However, I wanted to download the Royal Mail and Parcelforce tables. I was disappointed to see that these are still showing as April 2010 and August 2007 respectively. Does anyone know when the rates that came in at 6th April 2011 will be available for download?
