Shipping address missing from printable invoice

For some of our customers, their delivery address is missing from the printable invoice, both on screen and when printed. The shipping address is present in their delivery address book and on the email confirmation of the order. We are using the batch shipping module. The only way I have found to get round this problem so far is to reset up the account. Anyone any ideas?

Hi

With that format of printable invoice it has to pick one delivery address to print in the label area. It sounds like some of you products do not have shipping enabled, so the delivery address would be blank in the order and in the printable invoice.
