Hi Alan,
It sounds like the problem is with your web host, they seem to allow emails to be sent from email address from your domain (ie the customer receives the order conformation email), but other emails are blocked (so the store owner does not receive the order emails).
You need to contact your web host to get that fixed.

The only fly in the ointment is that the other two CCP51 sites that do not have callback problems are hosted on the same server??

Hi Alan,
Assuming you are using the same emails setting for both, then the problem is still down to your web host.
CCP51 uses Perl and CCP XCS uses PHP, so you need to get your web server people to fix the PHP configuration so it will allow you to send emails like you do in perl.
