You could purchase a basic support ticket and I will check the whole integration of the WorldPay payment gateway.

Howard,

After purchasing the support ticket and you having worked on the problem, it was assumed that the problem was resolved?

Unfortunately the problem is still there and I am not getting callback response, if it can't be resolved I will scrap the site and go back to CCP51 (which works fine)

Hi Alan,
I fixed this problem nearly a month ago and left in working order.
The problems I fixed where:
1. The cookie path was incorrect.
2. The rewrite rules in the .htaccess was missing.
3. The person who updated the software from version 001 to 002 only updated the gbu0 part and not the core part.
4. The skin used had some java script changes that is not compatible with WorldPay, I have clone the skin removed the java script and made that the skin be used for the return page. See attached image.

Hi Howard,

After you worked on it the site was closed while I was away on Holidays, nobody has access to the site or the files and I certainly have not changed anything anywhere since you last worked on it.

No worries I am looking at alternative solution as I have wasted enough time for now. Thank you for help.

Hi Alan,
If you email what part is not working, is it just worldpay or worldpay and paypal etc. I will have another look.
As I said I left this in a working state in December.
It is worth noting that the callback can some time not work due as this is done via the customer browser. So if the customer closes the browser window before return or there is some problem with their internet connection then the callback will fail.

I hear what you are saying but every order so far has not produced callback through WorldPay or PayPal. You may be right that the customer leaves the site prematurely, (if that is the case then the final part of the checkout must be so painfully slow that they move on probably not bother coming back in the future either).

I have 3 other CCP51 sites and there has only been 2-3 callback failures in the past 6-7 years, if I place an order posing as a customer myself the callback works, (I can confirm that the final part seems slow compared to CCP51 sites) The strange thing is that usually I get callback failure notification from WorldPay on CCP51, on this all singing all dancing I get nothing.

Hi Alan,
From your test and my tests I think the callback is working and the customer will see the final payment accepted page.
It could be your email settings that are not correct so you and the customer are not receiving the confirmation emails.
When I tested the email a friend on the product page, I did not receive the emails and it took some time for the page to refresh.
You need to change the email settings which are done via the installer.

Ok I will go and look but I am not convinced that to be the problem because like I said when place an order myself using a live transaction and placing an order using hotmail email the callback gets to me to the email address specified for that site.
When customers do it I get nothing.

I simply don't know what is going on? I just had an order got the Transaction notification from WorlPay but no call back so I went to Admin panel to retrieve the order as per usual at which point I had noticed that you had put test order.

It is simply not coming through, I rang the woman who placed the order and she got a confirmation email from the site but I just don't get any callback at all. Luckily that particular website does not get as many orders as my CCP51 site so at the moment it's manageable. Maybe it should be taken down and reinstalled by yourselves if there is a way to retain all the stock customers etc. Of course I would have to pay but I am running out of ideas.
