XCS Update Information

Hi David,
The installer looks for updated database files from the last 24 hours, you need to re-upload the private part of the update and then re-run the installer.

Hi Howard,
Very pleased the update is available. Followed the instructions (via the link) and was told that my software was up-to-date. If am on Pro .004. Then read the post below and tried re-loading the xcs-private part of the site and re-running the installer. Still on version .004.

I get the email but the links don't work - message says file not found

The file you've requested cannot be found on this server. It is possible your access rights to this file have expired, or there was an error serving the file.

Can you help?

I too am unable to download the updates. I get the file not found error even if I copy and paste the link.

Please advise as I intend to update the site over the Christmas break.
